Embedded Support
Research tells us that the most effective professional development involves job-embedded supports. This type of consultation with teachers – from individuals to small groups – focuses on specific needs presented in their classrooms with their students.
Using a coaching cycle, data is examined for areas in need of support, instructional best practices are discussed, and ideas and materials are shared to move teachers and students forward. In-person and online coaching available.
